BEGINNERS PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE
Learn to control your camera rather than your camera control you!
Our photography courses take place in our large and spacious two storey studio based in the centre of St. Neots.
Our photography course is designed for you to learn with a camera in your hand rather than your head in a book to acquire the techniques to improve your photography in a small, fully interactive, sociable group.
The main objective of the course is to learn how to shoot with a manual exposure alongside getting to grips with the rule of thirds, depth of field and much more besides together with techniques for your individual photographic interests to take you from a beginner to a fully confident and fully manual photographer.
Our courses are split into two half days over weekends, are limited to a maximum of 12 people, with two tutors - our photographers Tash & Steve, providing group practical work together with one to one advice.
All courses include light refreshments and our very own Photography for Beginners Guide for you to take home, small enough to keep with your camera.
Our Beginners Photography Course are for ages 14 and upwards at £125 per person. We offer 10% discount when two or more places are booked on the same course under the same payment transaction.

"I had been wanting to do a photography course for a long time but being on a tight budget and being very picky I hadn’t gone on any. I-d development were running a free workshop- so I had nothing to lose. I learnt so much in a hour or so that immediately knew this was the course to go on. I attended last weekend and Steve and Tash were just fantastic. Calm, patient and full of energy- you can clearly see they love their jobs and they want to share that with you. Both were extremely encouraging and humble, taking into account each persons needs with a cracking sense of humour. You can read all the books and watch all the free tutorials in the world but for me nothing beats doing it for real life and Steve and Tash explained it in such a clear way.
